Eleanor Jackson is a Filipino Australian poet,
performer, arts producer, cyclist, writer, gal
about town, feminist, freewheeler, and
friend. One day, she is going to be an
ideas curator. Which basically
means, she will tell you
exactly what she thinks.
Until then, you’ll have
to read between
the lines.
Every airport a coda
the proximity of arrivals to departures
signaling that it was always thus
salt and pepper, time and tide
every ending still the beginning
new adventures just repackaging
of that which once was of such significance
the money shot refunded
there was no romanticised farewell
just the movement of in to out
a hokey xylographic reminder of
the incurability of life
