For those who missed it, last week was the UCI track world championships and @AnnaMeares was awesome. The New Timer was the best commentary around even when he WAS LIVING IN CAPS. Brendon is good to follow on twitter because he knows a lot about cycling and is also funny. I am, sadly, just funny. And although Tom Boonen had rude face muff, he is an amazing rider. So perhaps you too spent far too much time watching cycling instead of going riding.
It happens, we all know it can happen.
That said, I did do “some” riding on the weekend. A little bit to 4ZZZ, a little bit around the town. All rather rather pleasant. Speaking of 4ZZZ, I am afraid I have been lax and seem to have given up snapping hot helmets for Lent. I’m back now though. Thanks to Laney. Err, not quite, but I did take my uncle (who is visiting from Finland) on a loop of the Brisbane river. He appreciated the perspective that the bicycle journey gave, compared to a similar trip by car. Cafes on the river are #win :)
