Eleanor Jackson is a Filipino Australian poet,
performer, arts producer, cyclist, writer, gal
about town, feminist, freewheeler, and
friend. One day, she is going to be an
ideas curator. Which basically
means, she will tell you
exactly what she thinks.
Until then, you’ll have
to read between
the lines.
You make me feel
Like a natural woman.
Weekend round up? Should have included a bit of Mt Cootha action, but I was up all hours and dying from a lack of sleep, which has now morphed into a horrible head cold. So I lay in bed and felt vile. But possibly less vile than I would have after 80kms of riding. Sad, but true. My training partners are just really lazy.
I’ve wiled away the hours instead.
Trying to keep my nose clean, or at least my pedals.
Jana continues her efforts to play hard femme rather than perfumed steamroller.
And we wait for the final piece of the puzzle. I have to call Mr Miyagi to work out how you can identify the new species writers. Mental note, master the blogoverse. Any minute now.
Oh, and here’s another very vaguely bike related poem.

Hey!
I remember a long time ago we said “let’s do some poetry/music stuff!” and then more recently we said “hey! zombie romance novels? that needs music right?” and we keep being in the wrong cities and never making it happen.
Wanna try to do poetry/music stuff again sometime? I’ve been wanting to make bike music for a while now…
Miranda. (PS. I’m a lurker and non commenter here on HaH. Hi)
Right, I shall GET IN TOUCH.
You can lurk all ya want, lovely.
