Eleanor Jackson is a Filipino Australian poet,
performer, arts producer, cyclist, writer, gal
about town, feminist, freewheeler, and
friend. One day, she is going to be an
ideas curator. Which basically
means, she will tell you
exactly what she thinks.
Until then, you’ll have
to read between
the lines.
I worked long and hard to be this disrespectable
No disrespect meant to this coming poet, who will be featuring at BEAF along with Fern, Rhyll, Scott, Thomas and my good self.
Because I got respect for this lady in spades.
That’s just the first line for a show that I want her to do, if she’s not already had it up to her eyeballs. And what perceptive eyeballs they are. For those who haven’t met Betsy before, she is a force and a playful enigma.
At BEAF, she’ll be teasing the speed dating version of the show formerly known as, taking you to new heights, then back down again, all for the kindness of a gold coin donation or perhaps the taking of a chance on love.
Are you in, or are you in?

Playful enigma…are you a poet?
