Eleanor Jackson is a Filipino Australian poet,
performer, arts producer, cyclist, writer, gal
about town, feminist, freewheeler, and
friend. One day, she is going to be an
ideas curator. Which basically
means, she will tell you
exactly what she thinks.
Until then, you’ll have
to read between
the lines.
Encore Brisbane performance
Are you swooning? We are. We performed the show in its entirety for the first time at the Queensland Poetry Festival. We are enjoying a post-performance high. And feeling the relief of a show gone well after months of preparation, writing, rehearsals and memorization.
Did you miss it the first time or would you like to swoon with us again? Check it out at Black Dove Body Bar in West End on Wednesday, September 7th at 7pm. BYO cushion and a date. $10 at the door.

Betsy, Eleanor, thank you for another fascinating performance of the Swoon. Each hearing rveals another layer (well it is class poetry, after all) and enthralls again with the story, Well done, ladies, well done indeed!
