out of the blue

Sometimes you’ll just be standing on some nowhere nohow kind of corner and a cute girl with shiny red round glasses and shiny black round helmet and kind of late eighties Springsteen t-shirt with teeny tatt and just casual smile is going to ride past and it’ll be like the suburbs melt away and you’re on the set of Kevin Bacon’s Quicksilver. Well, possibly not exactly like that, but it’s a hell of a film anyways. And worth reminding you of its dated glory. Just in case you’re worried you invented cool.
