what some other helmet saw

Sadly, my current technological skills/time are limiting me from editing down the ride footage from Fix Up Blah Blah. I fear this whole helmet-cam thing is destined to be yet another of my dilettante endeavours. I’ll try not to jinx it beforehand.

This can tide you over instead. Once, a very strange long time ago, I was the world’s shortest lived assistant-assistant-roadie/groupie/merch-desk/bus-weight for this band, the Haggard (now no longer), due to being in love with the drummer. This is a super 8 music video for their “For Matthew Shepard” by lovely Kirsten Kuppenbender.

I don’t know why the synchro swimmmers are there, but I like it.

if you decide you don't want to edit the footage, feel free to burn it on a cd and get it to me, it would be a shame for it not to be used, and it would be great to have some video footage on the internet.

That is the best news I've heard all week! That'd be great – you wanna email me the old fashioned way: helmetsarehot at gmail dot com and send me your address?Alternatively, I can bring it along to Whip It. This Thursday. At Hoyts. You know. Like you've been dying to see.
