the dilemma

In another off-line conversation, someone mentioned that this site has few bikes upon it. I know this. It’s intentional. There’s plenty more out there with plenty more interesting things to say about actual bikes than me. I won’t clutter up the e-ther with my bike nonsense. I’d only have to steal commentary from some other bike blog.

The dilemma this raises, however, is when someone is outshining their helmet with their bike.

Case in point – Stu. Now, don’t get me wrong. You unwrap your Christmas present and this pops out of the box, you don’t ask for the receipt. Crinkly smile, bit of Lance-advertising, and a top so white only a grandmother could have laundered it. No complaints from my perspective.

However, if you want to look for Stu’s Falcon on Shifter Bikes, you realise you’re missing out a little not seeing the whole rig.

That said, you have to have standards. Even if they’re flimsy.
