Eleanor Jackson is a Filipino Australian poet,
performer, arts producer, cyclist, writer, gal
about town, feminist, freewheeler, and
friend. One day, she is going to be an
ideas curator. Which basically
means, she will tell you
exactly what she thinks.
Until then, you’ll have
to read between
the lines.
I don’t remember why
I saved this photo. Or what I was intending to say about it. I cannot even really remember if I “like” this photo. Or if I was just thinking Cinelli had this moment sometime in 1981 when they thought “let’s match our bikes with jockstrap helmets”. I only remember that I was saving it for no particular day for no particular reason.
Today is that day.
